Booking Form
To book the site please download The Booking Form / PDF Booking Form. Before filling in the form please ring the Booking Secretary Margaret Roach on 01472 851808 to check availability. As well as the Booking Form you will need to download and fill in the Health and Safety Statement . This should be sent along with the Booking Form. If you wish to book the site please download the Site Information and Stylised Plan which contains useful information about the site. Non Guiding members please read, sign and keep a copy of the indemnity form and health and safety form and return a copy both with your booking form. Hirers Form Members please read, sign and keep a copy of the health and saftey form and return a copy with your booking form.
